FLOURLESS CHOCOLATE TORTE
This cake is a showstopper. I
made it for a friend’s birthday
recently and she said she never
wants another cake for the rest
of her life. This is perfectly ele-
gant on its own, or can be
dressed up with fresh whipped
cream, fruit or candied nuts.
