SERVES 1: Each serving
6 oz. cocktail
SERVES 12: Each serving

3 oz. cocktail
Muddle 2 thin slices fresh ginger
and 4 blackberries with 1 Tbsp
lime juice in cocktail shaker.

Strain 24 oz. container cored
pineapple; reserve juice. Cut into
2-inch pieces; purée in blender
with reserved juice.

Muddle 1 thyme sprig and 1 1/2
Tbsp Organic Pure Maple Syrup in
cocktail shaker.

Add 3 Tbsp Tito’s Handmade
Vodka; shake vigorously with ice.

Strain into ice-filled 15.5 oz. glass;
top with 1/2 cup ginger beer;
garnish with blackberry.

Add 1 bottle (750 ml) Blackwell
Jamaican Rum, 1 cup Leblon
Cachaca Rum, 1 cup organic blue
agave, and 1/2 cup lime juice;
stir to combine.

Add 1/4 cup of Koval Barreled Gin,
1 Tbsp lemon juice, and 1/2 tsp
orange bitters; shake vigorously
with ice.

PALOMA SERVES 1: Each serving
6.5 oz. cocktail
Add 1/4 cup Casa Noble Blanco
Tequila, 2 Tbsp lime juice, 2 Tbsp
grapefruit juice, 1 Tbsp organic
blue agave with ice in cocktail
shaker, shake vigorously.

Strain into ice-filled 15.5 oz. glass;
top with 1/4 cup sparkling water;
garnish with grapefruit wedge.

Double-strain into chilled martini
glass; garnish with 1 thyme sprig.
