her children a deep lo e for family. She
also showed indness to e eryone and
sel essly ga e of herself to anyone in
need of support. She was at home with
her children while they were growing
up and also occasionally helped out
in the family ewelry usiness. n later
years, she wor ed at a tra el agency.

She mo ed to Pennsyl ania in
1 so that she could li e closer to fami-

artistic endea ors, from ma ing ead-
ed owers, to drying owers from her
garden, ma ing paper weights with res-
in, decoupaging furniture, mirrors, etc.,
ma ing 3 dimensional frames with old
time photos, to ma ing a full miniature
general store, 3 stories high, fully elec-
trified. She sold many of her eautiful
and original crafts at local arts fairs,
and her iggest sale was to Macy s for
her dried ower pictures. Phyllis also
olunteered at Community General
steopathic ospital in arris urg, P ,
as a Transportation ide in the Nursing
Di ision, pro iding ital ser ices to the
hospital, and was recogni ed for o er
15 hours of ser ice in March of 1 8 .

Phyllis was a one of a ind personality,
often ma ing others laugh with her silli-
ness, unusual wit, and unique sense of
