The CHAI Senior Home Repair Program
provides necessary repairs and and accessi-
bility modifications for eligible low-income
homeowners 62 and older and adults with
disabilities. Homeowners may qualify for a
variety of repairs to maintain the safety
of the home. CHAI’s Senior Benefits
Program provides home safety assessments
and housing-related referrals, advocacy,
application completion, assistive devices,
education for vulnerable seniors and
individuals with disabilities. The program
aims to address these needs in order to
enable clients to remain in their homes
safely and independently.
