Jan. 6 Charges
AARON MOSTOFSKY, a Jewish judge’s son
who wore fur pelts and a bulletproof vest when

court on Feb. 2, JTA reported.

Mostofsky pleaded guilty to civil disorder,

Because the civil disorder charge is a felony,
Mostofsky faces up to five years in prison,
although many of the 200 or so people convicted
so far in the insurrection received minimal
sentences. He will be sentenced in May.
