Food columnist Keri White has touted an “insulated” method for
cooking fish that she learned from her sister-in-law and is back
again with another recipe — this time for tuna. Tuna normally
is seared briefly on the grill and served rare to avoid drying out,
but this method cooks the fish at a low temperature in the oven.
