WEXLER WOLFMAN
Ethel Wexler (nee Smith), age 86, died on Oc-
tober 17, 2016. She was a retired syn-
agogue secretary who resided in Warminster,
Pennsylvania. Wife of the late Edward; moth-
er of Larry Wexler and Robert (Cindy)
Wexler; and grandmother of Dallas and
Reese. Contributions in her memory may be

Robert Byron Whitman, age 85, died on Oc-
tober 4, 2016. He was a retired school teach-
er who resided in Quakertown, PA. Husband
of Jane (nee Clark); father of Mark (Diane)
Whitman, Jonathan Whitman, Ronald (Con-
nie) Whitman; and Meghan (Matthew) Noss;
and grandfather of Jared, Clinton, Kennedy,
and Elizabeth. Contributions in his memory

Audrey Wolfman (nee Forbes) passed away
with her family by her side on Saturday,
September 24, 2016 at age 83. She resided in
Plymouth Meeting, PA with her beloved hus-
band, Morton L. Wolfman, who passed away
in 2007. They raised their family in Lafayette
Hill, PA. Born in Omaha, NE, Audrey was the
daughter of the late Paul and Esther Forbes.

She was the loving mother of Louis, Lee and
Jerry (Terri) Wolfman. Audrey was the ad-
ored Mom-Mom of Jacob and Rachel Wolf-
man. She is also survived by her brothers
Robert (the late Marilyn) Forbes, Irwin (Har-
riet) Forbes and many nieces and nephews.

Audrey was a member of B’Nai B’rith and
Congregation Or Ami where she served as
President of the Sisterhood in 1977. The
same year, she and her husband Mort
opened Eyeglasses Etc. in Lafayette Hill.

Audrey was an optician there for 30 years be-
fore retiring. She enjoyed Mahjong, theater,
travel and spending time with her lifelong
friends. An avid reader, Audrey was a mem-
ber of book clubs. Relatives and friends were
invited to Audrey’s Funeral Service at Boyd-
Horrox-Givnish of East Norriton, 200 W. Ger-
mantown Pike on Monday, September 26,
2016 at 12 noon. Interment will be at Monte-
fiore Cemetery. Donations may be made to
Brothers of Charity, c/o Triest Hall, 7720 Doe
Lane, Laverock, PA 19038 or a charity of

man, Esq.) Brother of Flora Bader (the late

Melin. Dr. Young was the former Chairman of
Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at Albert
Einstein Medical Center and Captain US
army, WW II, and a principal researcher in
the development of vaccines for infectious
