ZIRIN-KORGER Sharon Deborah Zirin-Korger, 58, of Wyn-
newood, PA, died Thursday, December 22,
2016. Sharon received her BSN from Russell
Sage College in Troy, NY and was a NICU and
research nurse at CHOP for 37 years. She
loved her work at CHOP, especially making a
difference for the families and being a great
role model. She brought her creativity to all
she touched, including design, fashion and
cooking. She was strong, loving, loyal and in-
credibly special. She enjoyed skiing, scuba
diving, and time with her beloved dogs. She
is survived by her husband of 18 years,
Charles Korger, parents, Joseph and Eleanor
Zirin, brother Frederick Zirin, and many aunts
and uncles, nieces, nephews, and friends. Fu-
