Ronnie London age 85, of Delray Beach Flor-
ida passed away peacefully with his family in
attendance on February 16, 2020. Ronnie
was born on July 8, 1934 in Philadelphia
Pennsylvania. Ronnie adored his wife Leona
Liss London and his two sons Keith Scott
London, William “Billy” London. Ronnie and
Leona were married November 3, 1959 and
recently celebrated their 60-year anniversary.
Ronnie was the only child of Kalman London,
and Anna “Glassman” London of Passyunk
Avenue (right across the street from the Rid-
ing Academy) in South Philadelphia. Ronnie
brought his family down to South Florida in
1979 and became a true Floridian enjoying all
the wonderful things Florida offered like
sand, surf, and sun, but he was through and
through a Philadelphia (City of Brotherly
Love) man with his high morals and group of
longtime friends from Philadelphia, Atlantic
City (down the shore), Texas, Canada, Holly-
wood, Valencia Isle and Abby Delray in Delray
Beach. Ronnie proudly served his country
overseas during the Korean War. Which star-
ted his interest in exploring other countries,
meeting new friends and sharing his love of
travel with his family and especially his bride
of 60 years. Ronnie was a double kidney
transplant survivor and helped form the Kid-
ney Association of Palm Beach County which
he proudly served on the board of directors
for approximately 10 years. He was always
there to answer questions for those that were
going through dialysis or wanted help get-
ting on the transplant list. Ronnie leaves be-
hind Leona London who was there at his bed-
side when he passed away peacefully. Leona
still resides at Abbey Delray in Delray Beach.
He is deeply missed by his son Keith and
Keith‘s wife Ilene Sultan of Hallandale Beach

NJ. Dear mother of Ashley Freedman, life
partner of David Farber (loving son Drew
Farber), loving daughter of Judy (and the late
Donald) Love, dear sister of Sylvia Miller (Mi-
chael) and Roberta Budman, loving aunt of
Rebecca Miller and Abby Budman. Former
wife of Michael Freedman. Throughout a long
career, Susan devoted herself to providing an
enjoyable and meaningful living environment
to seniors and their families. She served in a
variety of leadership roles at the Jewish Geri-
atric Home in Cherry Hill, and helped man-
age its transition to Lions Gate Continuing
Care Retirement Community in Voorhees.
She served as CEO of Lions Gate since 2016.
Susan’s gentle and kind demeanor earned the
trust and friendship of residents, staff, and
the community. Susan genuinely cared for
each and every resident. She was also a re-
spected leader in the senior care field, active
in many professional associations. Susan
was a member of the Board of Trustees of
Leading Age NJ & DE, and just prior to her
illness she was appointed to an advisory
board within Seton Hall University’s Stillman
School of Business. Susan was a very spe-
cial individual who worked hard to achieve
her goals, whether it was her professional
work, obtaining her Master’s degree and li-
cense in Nursing Home Administration, or
volunteering her time to various organiza-
tions. In her spare time, Susan enjoyed golf-
ing, reading and spending time with family.
Susan also loved golfing with her parents in
Boca Raton. Contributions in Susan’s

MANSKY Violet L. Mansky, passed away on January
28, 2021, age 99. Beloved wife of Joseph
(deceased); loving mother of Sam and Pat
Mansky, Phil and Lauri Mansky, and Art and
Shelley Mansky; devoted grandmother of
Misty, Annie, Jennifer, Andrew, Erica, Amy,
William, Joey, and Ben; loving great-grand-
mother of Morgan, Taylor, Carsten, Jordan,
Violet, Lucy, Ryan, Lena, Gabriel, and Ezra;
and beloved aunt to many nieces and neph-
ews and their children and grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her siblings Celia
Blumner, Benjamin Levin, and Frances Baer.
She was born and raised in Chester, where
her parents owned a grocery store, and
moved to Parkside a few years after getting
married, where she lived for more than 60
years. Active throughout her long life, she en-
joyed a 75-year career as a bookkeeper and
never missed a day of exercising. Her
warmth, kindness, and generosity will be
greatly missed by the many lives she

MELTZER Dr. Ronald T. Meltzer January 19, 2021 of
Bala Cynwyd, PA formerly of Philadelphia;
son of the late TIllie (Segal) and Morris
Meltzer. Beloved husband for 66 years to
Helene “Cookie” (nee Presser) Meltzer, cher-
ished daughter Paula Meltzer (Howard
Garonzik), loving granddaughter Allison Ber-
lant ( Seth Broderson) and adored great-
granddaughter Isabella. He was predeceased
by his brother David ( Joyce) Meltzer. Dr.
Meltzer graduated from Overbrook High
school. He went to go on to Temple School of
Pharmacy. After several years of working as a
pharmacist he continued his education at
PCOM. After an internship at Metropolitan
Hospital, he opened a family practice in
Merion. Several years later he relocated to
Narberth where he practiced for the rest of
his career. He loved being a doctor and his
patients loved him. Services and interment

NEFF Claire R. Neff, died on January 28, 2021.
Claire was the third of four daughters of Miri-
am and Philadelphia bandleader Abe Neff.
She lived most of her 92 years in New York
City where she retired from CBS. Her final
two years were spent at the Horsham Center
for Jewish Life. She survived the deaths of
her three sisters and is survived by her be-
loved nieces and nephews. No memorial is
presently planned. Please plant a tree in Is-
